endlesslyrium:

I don’t know who you are, but there are a few important facts to consider when you think about what Anders did:
1) He chose to let Justice into his body. From what he says, in fact, it was his idea.
2) Justice, in Awakening, does not see what is done to the mages as injustice. He has no opinion on it at all. Anders is the one who tried to convince him that what was happening was wrong.
3) Anders was at least one-half of that equation. Even if it was Justice’s idea, Anders still had a say in its execution.
4) Accidentally stepping on someone’s foot is human error. Thinking that someone said something they didn’t is human error. Destroying a house of worship and all the people who were unfortunate to be inside it is not human error.
I’m not saying Anders is a horrible person. Very few people that I have spoken to think that Anders is a horrible person for what he did. But he sure as hell did a horrible thing, and I don’t think Justice had as big a part to play as this suggests.
Also, taking responsibility does not absolve him of his crimes. It just means he actually recognizes them as crimes. If I were to slaughter a bus full of school children, and then admit that it was me and that I realize it was a horrible thing to do, does not make what I did okay. It does not make me less guilty. And his admitting that what he did was wrong, and saying that he felt bad about it, does not make what Anders did right.
… I genuinely hope that someone is actually reading this and I am not arguing with nothing.

^ this. Also, pretty sure (it’s been a while since I played, so I may be wrong) but I’m pretty sure Anders says that Justice is no longer around at some point, meaning it was largely (if not completely) Anders’ decision.

I find this amusing. At my gym, I’m the only girl who uses the free weights (that I’ve seen). I often get funny/amused looks until I start lifting. The other day I was loading up my bar ready for squats. A guy walked over to me and asked ‘are you really going to use that much weight?’ I responded that I’d prefer to use heavier but according to the gym rules, I’d need a spotter. He stared at me, shook his head and walked away.
